Public Lung Database To Address Drug Response

The PCF public lung database provides a set of CT image cases for
comparing different computer-aided diagnosis systems.
The database
currently consists of several example cases of large pulmonary
nodules recorded at different times.
Documnetation in the form of a radiologists marking of the
actual boundary of the nodule is also provided.
The documented cases may be visualized and downloaded.

Future Development
The database and the supporting web system are now functional with
additional features still in development. At this time all of the CT
scans, the boundaries as drawn by a radiologist, and a growth analysis
based on these boundaries are provided. The actual data (DICOM format)
may be downloaded through the web without cost.
In the future, the
database will be populated with additional studies.
